Returns
Unwired Holdings, LLC has a 30-DAY Satisfaction Guarantee Return Policy (subject to a re-stocking fee of 35%, based on the sub-total, if the customer ordered in error) on all products offered (excluding bulk orders please see below). All returns must be in the original condition (New or Like New) or the customer will be subject to a re-stocking fee of up to 75% OR the refund may be refused entirely (per Unwired Holdings’ discretion).
Return Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer except in cases of faulty or damaged products.
Please be considerate and ensure that your item is returned properly, complete with any required paperwork, so that we can ensure your payments can be refunded in a timely manner.
Bulk Order Returns
All our cable assemblies are custom-built per order here in wonderful Albany, Georgia. Due to the labor required to build and ship bulk orders, along with the cost of restocking, bulk orders are not returnable unless the products are faulty or damaged. A bulk order consists of any order of 15 assemblies or more. We are a small business and want to support all our valued customers. If you have any questions about what cable assemblies are right for your application, please call us so one of our team members can assist and provide you with all the information you need before placing a bulk order.
Cancellations
Order Cancellations must be made within 1 business day (24 hours) from the time the order was placed, or the customer will be subject to a 35% cancellation fee OR $20.00, whichever is greater.
