Shipping and returns

We offer shipping of products to all U.S. postal recipients. These include the U.S. Territories, Possessions, APO, etc. If the buyer has a USPS Zip Code, our company can ship the products either by First Class or Priority Mail. There is no extra charge and free shipping is included in the price the buyer paid.

International Shipping

We will gladly ship to Countries pursuant to the following rules: In almost all cases, except Canada and certain cable types in Australia, International shipping must be quoted separately. Based on our years and experience in the business, we believe this is cost-efficient. And if ever you have questions or inquiries, feel free to send us a message.

Our company now has a joint shipping arrangement with UPS and various International Postal Services. This allows us to ship up to two kilograms of cable internationally for as low as Seven U.S. dollars. Our partnership delivers the packages to John F. Kennedy Airport and distributes them to the Air shipping center for each postal carrier. Rates are dependent upon the contracted costs of each Postal Service and will be quoted in advance before shipping. There will be a two kilogram weight limit. Packages surpassing the weight limit will be directed to general Air Mail.

Customs Notice for International Buyers:

We rarely encounter instances where a package would either be taxed or held up by the Customs, yet we do not disregard the possibility.

International Buyers – Please Note:

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are to be shouldered by the buyer.

Buyers are recommended to coordinate with their country’s customs office to determine what the additional costs will be prior to buying.

These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when the buyer personally fetches the item – these fees are not to be confused for additional shipping charges.

Our company does not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" – U.S. and other International government regulations prohibit such act.

Returns Within 60 Days and Replacements up to One Year

Our company has been in the business for 8 years, sold over 100,000 cables and currently offers hundreds of different cable types! And we don’t plan on stopping either!

If a purchased product requires to be returned, our company will provide a USPS shipping label - In addition, the postage price for Priority Mail shipping will be refunded but subjected to details below:

Kimberly Distribution has a 60 DAY Liberal Return Policy. Our company accepts a Product Return for ANY Reason. If one of our products does not meet your needs, please feel free to contact us at 1-888-624-0480 for a return authorization. Our company does not charge a "restocking" or other penalty for a return. Please be considerate though, and make sure that the item will be returned properly, complete with papers, so that we can ensure the payments done by the buyer will be refunded appropriately.

WHEN WILL OUR COMPANY REFUND RETURN SHIPPING:

We will gladly refund the return shipping of your item at normal postage rates under the following cases:

1) If an item does not work as advertised after we have tested it.

2) If there was a miscommunication and an incorrect item was recommended as opposed to the correct information provided by the buyer.

3) If an item fails to operate within the company policy of 60 day return period.

4) NOTE: PLEASE DO NOT return an item via FedEX overnight and expect the payment to be reimbursed right away unless the item was re-sent as an overnight rush delivery. Please mind that we are a small business, so our company will refund the lowest cost postage for the returned item.

WHEN WILL OUR COMPANY REFUSE REFUND FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING:

Although, our company will reimburse the full price paid, we cannot guarantee to pay the postage all the time. (We are not alone here; neither does Sears, WalMart, Home Depot etc.)

1) If the purchased product was incorrect. An instance would be ordering wrong cable without seeking assistance from us. There will be a refund for the payment, but none for the return shipping.

2) If the buyer does not need the item anymore.

3) Or, if for any reason, the buyer just wants to send the item back.

WHEN WILL THERE BE NO REFUND:

If the item has been damaged by the buyer. Please DO NOT cut / solder / use hose clamp / hammer / chop into pieces / re-assemble / or make alterations which may affect how the item functions as refund will not be allowed in such case.

If the item was altered to the point that it was already useless, OR if the cause of the malfunction was either the company’s or the buyer’s , no refund shall be granted.

ONE YEAR EXCHANGE:

If the cable fails to function within a year after purchase, our company will repair the item or have it exchanged for another. Our cables are rated with a 20-year-lifespan and are expected to deliver nothing but efficiency. If the function is otherwise, we’ll be glad to make things right.
